Ich glaube, viele unterschätzen, wie komisch sich Selbständigkeit manchmal anfühlt.
Von außen sieht vieles leicht aus. Schöne Bilder, Reisen, Kooperationen, Freiheit. Aber hinter jedem Job stehen Gedanken, Druck, Rechnungen, Unsicherheit und dieses ständige Gefühl, selbst verantwortlich zu sein.
Ich habe lange gebraucht, um offen über Geld zu sprechen. Vor allem, weil man als Frau schnell bewertet wird. Entweder verdient man „zu wenig“, oder man darf nicht zeigen, dass man erfolgreich ist.
Deshalb hat mich dieses Video ehrlich gesagt Überwindung gekostet.
Aber ich hätte mir früher selbst gewünscht, mehr echte Einblicke zu sehen. Nicht nur das Ergebnis, sondern auch die Realität dahinter. Was reinkommt. Was wieder rausgeht. Wie viel Organisation, Risiko und Arbeit eigentlich hinter diesem Leben steckt.
Vielleicht hilft es ja jemandem, der gerade selbst versucht, sich etwas Eigenes aufzubauen und denkt, bei allen anderen läuft alles perfekt.
Tut es nicht. Wir versuchen nur alle, unseren Weg irgendwie herauszufinden. ✨
Dann schaut man plötzlich online nach Schuhen, bestellt sich irgendwas für die Wohnung oder denkt direkt, man müsste sein komplettes Leben verändern, obwohl man sich eigentlich einfach nur erschöpft fühlt.
Ich kenne dieses Gefühl so gut, dieses „ich brauche jetzt sofort irgendwas, damit ich mich wieder besser fühle“. Früher habe ich das oft verwechselt mit: Ich brauche Veränderung. Dabei habe ich manchmal einfach nur zu lange funktioniert, zu viel nachgedacht und mich selbst irgendwo zwischen Alltag, Arbeit und Handy verloren.
Die Dinge in diesem Post wirken total klein und unspektakulär. Aber genau das hilft mir mittlerweile am meisten. Musik laut in der Küche. Die Wohnung wieder schön machen. Eine Sache endlich erledigen, die die ganze Zeit im Hinterkopf hängt. Früher schlafen. Kurz rausgehen und wieder klar denken.
Und jedes Mal merke ich danach, dass ich gar kein neues Leben gebraucht habe. Sondern einfach wieder ein bisschen Verbindung zu mir selbst.

Heute weiß ich, dass ich nicht das Problem war.
