Mentally, physically, and emotionally.
I’ve learned more about myself this year than ever before. I experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows. I’ve learned many lessons, processed emotions I never knew existed, and became a better version of myself.
I just learned going through my videos from this year, I only video happy moments. As great as it is to see them, growth happens in the low times and I cherish those times as much as I do the good.
