Be honest… how often do you do things you don’t actually want to do? How often do you say yes to something that if you paused and tapped in… would be a no in that moment.

Because here’s something I promised myself in 2026. I was going to abide by all the ā€œI don’t f***** want to’s.ā€ And the reason for this goes deeper than just not wanting to do dishes in a certain moment, or not going to a plan that doesn’t feel right.

Somewhere inside of all of us women is a little girl, that probably somewhere along the way learnt to sideline her truth and her desires to receive the love she so desperately wanted. And that little girls story that she has to do that is living out in our relationships, our work, our friendships everything. She says yes because she doesn’t want to rock the boat. She wants to be good.

And so we’ve forgotten what a yes and a no even feels like in the body. We’ve forgotten how to even know if we want something or we don’t. And that leads us down a path of having s** when we don’t want to, being walked over in jobs that don’t make us happy, and so on…

So right now I’m pausing in all the tiny moments, until everything I do, I do in the energy of love. Not from obligation or should do’s. Because when I do that in the tiny moments, the big moments become so clear. As to what I do and don’t want.

So my mantra has become ā€œI don’t f******* want toā€. And wow has that been liberating ✨
For those of you that don’t know my story. I found out I was pregnant with Selena totally unexpectedly after only being with Danny for 4 months. We didn’t even live in the same country.

On this day I was dancing around my apartment envisioning my life for 2023. Never did I imagine that it could’ve turned out the way that it did.

You have plans, life has other plans. Selena has been the greatest gift in my life. She has expanded me in ways I couldn’t possibly imagine, she opened my heart to a new way of living. She came into my life at the PERFECT moment and gave me a purpose that I truly needed.

She totally shattered my way of living (so strongly and independently in my masculine) and taught me what feminine truly meant (and continues to everyday)

Sometimes we don’t know why things happen that are unplanned but eventually it all makes sense šŸ’•āœØ
True story: I used to love getting Botox in my head, have bleached my hair for as long as I can remember and always had fake nails. Until one day something started to go haywire.

The last time I got Botox I was in bed sick for the whole week, then the last time I had my color done I had a migraine so bad I was throwing up and I went through a phase of going to the nail salon and leaving like wtf why did I pick purple nails what was I thinking…?

And that’s when it hit me… how could it be possible for you to fall in love with yourself when you have no idea who that person is. What she looks like? I was at a place where if I was being honest I wasn’t doing all of that because I loved myself, I was doing it because I was insecure, because I wanted to look perfect, because I wanted to fit in.

And I was never going to heal that if I didn’t have take away all the masks.

So that’s what I did. I haven’t had my hair dyed for 8 months, can’t even remember the last time I went to get nails and Botox… never again. ✨

(And ps decorating and adjusting yourself is so personal to everyone, I’m not saying it’s wrong. For me though it was me expressing more of myself because I loved myself, it was adapting because I didn’t.)

Shoved coffee up my bum - Coffee enemas have actually changed my life. I know it sounds absolutely bonkers, but it’s one of the most powerful ways to help your liver dump toxins. You feel so much lighter and cleaner afterwards. It’s a game-changer, trust me.

2ļøāƒ£
Drank 🌱 in a boys scout center - The first time I sat with the medicine was on the outskirts of London in a boy scout center. 0/10 do not recommend. After 9 hours in ceremony, I slept on a freezing cold bunk bed. But it did turn out to be one of the most powerful experiences of my life so…

3ļøāƒ£ Had a Womb/Yoni Massage - Yep, I paid someone to massage me from the inside out. We know that the fascia and muscles store trapped emotion. Well think about how much you’re holding on to down there. This was one of the most edgy experiences but helped me heal on a level I didn’t know I needed.

4ļøāƒ£ Cold plunged in -3 degrees in the local stream - When I was going through my breakup and my life felt pretty unsteady, one of the most powerful disciplines I discovered was cold therapy. I would shower every night and turn it freezing cold at the end for 3 minutes. But me and a friend would also get undressed in the height of winter and dip in the local stream. Pretty crazy but amazing.

5ļøāƒ£ Taken blood from my arm and needled it back into my face- The famous Vampire Facial… after having Selena, my skin was all over the place. And I was getting married 11 months after. So I did many a facial like this and what can I say. It helped!

6ļøāƒ£ Taking over 150 supplements a week to rebalance my minerals - I found out my body was running on empty, adrenals shot and stuck in constant fight or flight, just pushing through. So, I went all in. It feels like a full time job but is helping me in unimaginable ways

7ļøāƒ£ Wear a retainer that literally is stretching my mouth 16hrs a day - Sounds like a medieval torture device, right? But this little guy is actually expanding my palate. It’s helping with everything from breathing better to sleeping more deeply. It’s a serious commitment, but I’m here for anything that promises better sleep.

What unhinged things have you done in the name of healing?
When did being spiritual start to mean that you had to be so serious. So deep all the time.

I myself have got stuck in this trap of constantly working through my stuff, constantly processing and really it just leaves no space for life to be lived and experienced. It’s not all so serious.

Yes doing the work can mean going into the deepest parts of yourself, meeting all your tender edges, but in the name of liberating yourself not getting swept up in the whirlwind of the difficult and the hard.

Life really is here to be lived and experienced to its fullest. It’s for testing and having fun. For heartbreak and for deep love. For the belly laughter and the grief.

It just seems that being spiritual has started to take on the serious face. I think the most truly spiritual people I have met actually laugh the most, are the kindest, least judgey, warmest. Not the people that speak all the spiritual language and are trying to convince you that you’re traumatized.

Anyway the point is, have more fun. Enjoy life. Don’t take the work so seriously. Because all we’re really here to do is expand and reach higher levels of our own consciousness… not get stuck in shadow land ✨
Is being hyper-vigilant going to keep your partner from repeating their past?

When you stop tying your worth to someone else’s choices, their past stops being a threat and becomes just that, the past.

What Jen shares here is a reminder that trust isn’t built by pretending the wound never happened…
it’s built by being so anchored in your own value that nothing someone else does can define you.

If you’re carrying fear about someone’s past, let this be the moment you ask yourself:
Am I protecting myself from them, or from an old version of me who didn’t know her/his worth?

Most human beings are addicted to thinking and they don’t even realise why thats a problem. If you can over intellectualise everything, make sense, find order in the world - then guess what you don’t have to do… FEEL IT. It protects them from feeling the pain that exists pretty shallow beneath the surface. Thinking keeps them safe from feeling. But do you realise the amount of effort that goes into repressing our pain. The pain that we inherit the pain from our childhood, the pain of really just being a human in today’s society. And what do you think happens to all that pain that we mask with overthinking? Because it doesn’t just disappear. Really it just waits. Suffocating in their bodies. Leaking out into the reactions and relationships. The reality is healing cant happen in our head. It happens when you quiet the mind just long enough to feel something. Our bodies are just waiting for us to notice. So send this to someone who needs to stop thinking their way out of situations and start feeling their way through. āœØā¤ļø
A reminder to myself and to any parent who needs to hear it: Your presence is more important than your productivity. What do you want your children to remember you for? šŸ’•
It took me a long time to realize I wasn’t ā€œundisciplinedā€ for not having the same energy every single day.

I used to push through, wondering why some days I felt like I could conquer the world and other days all I wanted was to retreat from it.

The truth is, we’ve been taught to measure ourselves by a man’s 24-hour clock, but our bodies don’t follow the sun. We are cyclical, like the moon. Our hormones guide us through four distinct phases each month, each with its own unique energy and power

There’s a time for bold action and a time for deep rest. A time to be social and a time for solitude. A time to create and a time to reflect.

Learning to honor this rhythm instead of fighting it has been a game-changer. It’s about listening to my body, not forcing it. It’s about embracing the ebb and flow.

So if you feel this too, know you’re not alone. Stop trying to keep up with the sun. You, my love, are the moon. šŸŒ™

Danny’s Reaction šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Most women were taught to disconnect from the very part of themselves that holds their pleasure, intuition, creativity, and power.

And when you’ve been conditioned to feel shame or repulsion toward your own body, it’s almost impossible to feel fully honored in intimacy.

What does this bring up for you and … Do you Love yours??
