Mitglied bei Iron & Soul zu werden, war eine der besten Entscheidungen dieses Jahres — und wahrscheinlich eine der wertvollsten für mich selbst.

Es gab Tage, an denen nichts anderes wirklich geholfen hat — außer hierher zu kommen, mich zu bewegen und einfach da zu sein.

Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für die Motivation, die Atmosphäre und die Energie, die mich hier immer wieder trägt.
Körperlich habe ich auch große Fortschritte machen dürfen 🔥 Aber das Wichtigste: Ich habe mich immer wieder besinnt. Auch an Tagen, an denen es schwer war. Und genau dabei hat mich dieses Umfeld aufgefangen und weitergezogen.
