▪️RIVUS es un edificio residencial ubicado en Ramblas del Plata, Costanera Sur, el primer barrio de Buenos Aires que mira al río. Implantado en uno de los lotes frente al agua, el proyecto toma esta condición como punto de partida, priorizando visuales abiertas, asoleamiento y continuidad con el espacio público y las áreas verdes del masterplan del barrio.
▪️La arquitectura se define a partir de dos volúmenes dinámicos que se desplazan desde una geometría ortogonal, configurando losas curvas que se abren y se cierran emulando el movimiento del río. Esta operación genera balcones de profundidad variable con vegetación incorporada y libera paños de vidrio de piso a techo, optimizando luz natural y ventilación cruzada.
▪️ A nivel urbano, la planta baja en doble altura se resuelve como un zócalo activo que integra locales comerciales, coworking y SUM en continuidad con la peatonal comercial. En la terraza, los amenities —gimnasio, pileta y áreas de encuentro— consolidan el uso residencial con espacios comunes orientados a las vistas abiertas.
El resultado es un edificio que articula programa, forma y entorno con una lógica proyectual precisa; y vistas inigualables al Río de la Plata.
