While this year brought incredible travel memories, many parts of my life began to feel stagnant and unfulfilling. I spent much of this past year craving change, yet part of me was still holding back from stepping outside my comfort zone. Located just steps from the Qarawiyyin Mosque, it is one of the best-preserved historic buildings in Fรจs and a lasting reminder of the cityโs deep connection to learning.

The ancient, narrow, and winding streets often confuse GPS signals, and Google Maps can be unreliable, making it difficult to pinpoint exact locations.

Hidden in the medina are the famous ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, where leather has been dyed by hand for centuries. The process is pungent, using natural dyes such as ammonia from cow urine and pigeon poop. ๐ฎ
