Summer and I had a mommy-and-me day in the city that I hope she remembers for a long time. Since I never experienced the store as a child myself, getting to see it for the first time through Summer’s eyes made the day even sweeter. 🩷

When I start my day with a workout, even a short one, it sets the rest of my day up for success as far as my nutrition, mood, and sleep. Nothing extreme. No shortcuts.
