Es gab Phasen mit klaren Verbesserungen – und genauso Zeiten, in denen es stagnierte oder rückwärtsging. Beides gehört zum Prozess.
• 27 Jahre fehlendes Krafttraining lassen sich nicht in 2 Jahren aufholen. Geduld ist Teil des Spiels. Kraft bringt dich nach vorne – aber erst das Laufen bringt dich ins Ziel.
• Ernährung ist das Fundament für Leistung.
Ohne ausreichend Energie, Regeneration und bewusste Ernährung bleibt selbst das beste Training limitiert.
• Der Kopf entscheidet in den schweren Momenten.
Der Körper kann meist mehr, als man glaubt – die eigentliche Arbeit passiert mental.
• Zeiten, Platzierungen und Siege sind zweitrangig.
Was zählt, ist ins Tun zu kommen, dranzubleiben und den eigenen Körper wirklich zu spüren. Der Rest folgt.
Und zum Schluss: Spaß haben und wenn Phasen kommen, wo die Motivation null ist, einfach mal kurz das machen was Spaß macht.

Vertrauen in meinen Körper. Ruhe im Kopf. Spaß am Racen.
Vor dem Start war zwar wieder voller Stress, Magenprobleme, Chaos und Selbstzweifel, das dauert bis ich das ablegen kann. 🙃
Was als Nächstes kommt, weiß ich nicht. Es wird nicht jedes Rennen nun top werden. Aber heute bin ich einfach dankbar, dass ich mich wieder gespürt habe.
Und dass Racen sich wieder leicht anfühlen darf

Immer noch überwältigt 🫢 Dienstag nachmittags die Nachricht erhalten, dass ich donnerstags 2 Tage später in Amsterdam für das Major nachgerückt bin. Kurz überlegt und zugesagt. Natürlich keine Tapering Week möglich gewesen und immer noch das Gefühl der besch*** WM im Hinterkopf. Kann ich diesmal dem Druck standhalten? 🫠2 Wochen vorher hatte ich in Stuttgart einen tollen Saisonstart, aber diese Elite Läufe sind dann doch anders wild.
Schlussendlich einfach dankbar mit 14 unglaublich fitten Girls laufen zu dürfen und auch ein wenig stolz auf mich. Ich bin mit dem besten Gefühl nach dem Rennen raus und mit einem dicken Grinsen im Gesicht. 😍
