Developed in collaboration with UNS Architects and Office Overzee, this new urban park in Spitalle brings renewed life by transforming an open sewer and the surrounding community - creating an inclusive public space for all generations.
A defining feature of the project is its materiality: pathways, pavilions, and all key elements are crafted from locally produced brick, rooting the design in its context while supporting local industry.

The project is defined by a series of sloped and curved volumes that respond directly to the site’s topography and proximity to the lake. This geometry ensures that each apartment benefits from open views—toward the water, the city, or the surrounding mountains—transforming orientation into a key design driver.
Built on a modular concrete grid, the structure is articulated through stepped terraces that extend living spaces outward. Integrated planters soften the architecture, creating a layered façade that enhances privacy while improving natural light and cross-ventilation.
Rather than a singular mass, the complex reads as a dynamic composition of shifting volumes—where landscape, structure, and habitation are interwoven into a cohesive urban gesture.

Another milestone for and — building permit granted for our next vertical statement in Tirana.
Located on the city’s edge, Bermon Tower rises 15 storeys above ground with 3 underground levels. Compact footprint, efficient layout, and a strong identity — tailored for a site that offers two striking views:
1️⃣ Towards Tirana’s evolving skyline
2️⃣ And out to the 2,000-meter-high mountain range wrapping the city
This dual orientation defines the concept — a vertical structure that engages the urban pulse on one side and opens up to vast natural horizons on the other.
The project’s graphic identity was elevated by, who brought artistic imagination and abstract lettering into the design language — turning the visuals into an essential part of the project’s character.
