🍟 Fries are basically the Dutch national food. We tried them at 2 spots: one of the oldest fry shops in the city and the Instagram-famous for their truffle parm fries. Both were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and absolutely smothered in savoury sauces.
🧇 Stroopwafels are a Dutch classic, so we had to try one of the most popular from. Light, slightly crisp, perfectly gooey, and just the right amount of sweetness.
‼️And of course, we couldn’t skip the viral spots: for the Korean egg sandwich, for that famous chocolate cookie and for the viral cookie croissant.

This place was just a short & totally worthwhile walk from York’s city centre for a bold, innovative and flavour packed meal!
