出雲教では６月末と１２月末に大祓式を執り行います。
大祓とは、半年の間に知らず知らずのうちに溜まった罪を祓い、清浄な心身で日々を過ごせるようお祈りする神事です。
特に６月の大祓式を「夏越の祓（なごしのはらえ）」と呼びます。
夏越の祓式では御神殿で大祓詞を奏上した後、境内に掲げられた茅の輪を「祓へ給ひ清め給へ」と唱えながらくぐり、無病息災を祈ります。

元伊勢神宮権禰宜 奥西道浩様が、神宮に自生していた「なんじゃもんじゃ（ヒトツバタゴ）」の種を苗木まで育て、平成25年に國造家へ寄贈いただいたものです。

ご承知のごとく出雲大社の御祭神大国主大神様は大地を司る偉大な御霊徳をお持ちですが、「出雲屋敷」加入祈祷によりこの御霊徳をいただき、ご出願の皆様の住宅・宅地が出雲大神の神屋敷に祭り替えられて、金神・鬼門・塞・的殺などの方位・方災の祟り障りがなくなり、家内安全・家業繁栄の幸を授かると言われています。
出雲屋敷に加入をご希望の方は出雲教にご来館の上、受付にお申し出下さい。
出雲屋敷加入祈祷を斎行し、 御祈祷品（出雲屋敷宮型・木札・御神土など）をお授けいたします。
御祈祷料は10,000円からお気持ちでお納め下さい。
