A hazy, early-night journey through Balearic, cosmic disco m and leftfield house, recorded live in one take by Ivan Minuti. Blending deep edits, dubby grooves and sun-drenched melodies, this mix slowly unfolds from introspective textures into hypnotic, dancefloor-ready momentum, all while staying warm. Expect shimmering guitars, analog synth lines and rolling basslines weaving together into a narrative that feels equal parts afterparty, road trip and dream sequence. Recorded on March 6th 2026, this session captures the spontaneous energy of the moment: no preparation, just instinct, perfect for late drives and sunset drinks by the beach. Thankful for every melody conceived, for every harmony a composer dreamed to bring to life, for every pitch my ear has yet to recognize, for every kick drum that outdoes itself, for every charleston thst open up, for every groove a drummer imagined, for every voice that warm up the crowd, for every key a pianist pressed, for every blow a trumpeter exhaled, for every slap a percussionist delivered, for every frequency a sound engineer tamed, for every tough decision a producer made.

I’m thankful for a lifetime of sounds, and for the opportunity to keep doing what I dreamed of as a child. I feel grateful every gif to share all I know for others’ happiness.

Dove vai così di fretta? Part 3

Few days ago, something special happened, and I felt like sharing it. I took a bus ride to Abu Dhabi so I could read the final part of Lama Michel’s book in a calm instead of driving.
On the way, I was deeply struck by one of the book’s core messages — the ability to *recognize others*, to have empathy for the people in front of us. Lama Michel wrote about the importance of connecting with ourselves daily, so that we can truly perceive and appreciate the value of every person around us.
When I arrived in AD, I did my tasks and, later in the evening, returned to the bus terminal. I queued, got on the bus, and found a seat. Feeling quite tired, I was happy to notice that the seat next to me was the only available. Perfect, I thought — two quiet hours to rest and keep reading. However, after the bus started moving, an Indian man approached, asking to sit in the only empty seat beside me. He sat down but immediately looked uncomfortable, his seat was completely wet, as if a bottle of water had spilled over it. With no other seats available and the bus already moving, he approched to the driver asking if he could stop down and return to the bus station. At that moment, instead of clinging to my own comfort, I remembered Lama Michel’s words. I tried to put myself in his shoes, to feel what he was experience. So I call his attention, took-off my jacket, placed by fold it it over the wet seat, and invited him to return. He smiled at me with such warmth that I instantly felt rewarded. It was a small gesture, but one that reminded me how meaningful empathy can be when we act from the heart. This little episode may seem simple, yet for me it beautifully reflects the way I wish to continue walking my path — not by serving my ego, but by recognizing and caring for the needs and feelings of those we meet along out parh.. A journey that began a long time ago and that, recently, passed through the Albagnano Temple, a beautiful day shared with my father, Angelo, and where rhe preswnce of Lama Ganchen Rinpoche and Michel Rinpoche was all over.

Where are you rushing to?”
Among all the books I’ve read in the past decade, this one stands out as a masterpiece. Its beauty lies in its simplicity and clarity — every message is delivered with profound wisdom yet expressed in a way that even a child could understand. The style reminds me of Yuval Noah Harari’s gift for translating vast ideas into simple, relatable words. The author himself is a fascinating example of a global citizen: Brazilian, raised in India, shaped by years in Tibet, now living in Europe and traveling the world. His teachings reflect not only deep knowledge but also humility, kindness, and an almost complete absence of ego. Through his podcasts and talks, I’ve often been moved by the depth of his insights, born from years of study alongside great spiritual masters. This book is a beautiful expression of wisdom and common sense. It doesn’t attempt to convert anyone to Buddhism but instead celebrates the strengths of every culture and faith. With an open heart, it explores the roots of joy and suffering that connect us all. At nearly 300 pages, I hope one day to read it in English, as it deserves a wider audience for its clarity and compassion. Despite the language barrier, I encourage everyone to discover his teachings, whether through translations, podcasts, or any available format. Lama Michel Rinpoche is truly a luminescent soul — a living example of peace, balance, and purpose. Today, after four months of carrying *Dove vai così di fretta* in my backpack, I finally reached the last page. It felt like a gentle breeze — and the greatest lesson I’ve learned is that:

“Inner peace is the strongest foundation for peace in the world.”

By cultivating love, generosity, morality, patience, enthusiastic effort, concentration, and wisdom, we can transform our collective consciousness for the better.

Last summer, I stumbled upon a short reel, less than 30 seconds, featuring a brilliant man in Tibetan colors. It instantly sparked my curiosity and led me to YouTube to learn more about this man. There, I found an interview with A. Cattelan and felt deeply connected to every word of positivity this Lama shared. Words of hope, wisdom, and common sense — delivered with such simplicity and honesty. In that same interview, I discovered his teachings available on Spotify in podcast form (“Morning Inspiration / Ispirazioni Mattutine”): 40/45 minutes of reflections on patience, anger, trust, hope.
It was love at first listen. Not only for the clarity of his words but also for the warmth in his voice, the kindness in his message, the humility in his approach. Lama Michel Rinpoche kept me company through the tough 42–43° summer, every single day. I’d listen to him while running, starting each day with positive energy flow.
His words inspired me so much that I began dreaming of a break trip to Kathmandu, Nepal, to escape the heat and reconnect with nature.
But destiny had another plan. I kept hearing about Albagnano Center, which I imagined hidden somewhere in Umbria or Abruzzo, up in the remote Apennine italians mountains. Instead, I decided to take a short break in Sicily and visit my parents in Milan. On my first day in Catania, I ran across the city exploring its vibrant streets under Mount Etna’s shadow — and somehow ended up at La Feltrinelli, the big bookstore. “Only one copy arrived today,” the shop guy told me. Of course, it was Lama Michel’s new book.
Back in Milan, while relaxing, I grew curious about the temple mentioned so often in his pages. To my surprise, it was just an hour away — not far from Malpensa Airport, overlooking beautiful Lake Maggiore in Verbania.
So, one Saturday morning, I decided to explore this possibility. To visit the center, to discover the place that, perhaps, had been searching for me all along: peace and tranquillity.
