Hot take: if you’re paying someone to “build” you a website and they’re just dropping your logo into a Shopify or Wix template, that’s not a build. That’s a favour. 👀

A real custom website is coded from the ground up around your business, your processes, and your customers. Not whatever the template allows.

With Laravel, your website can do almost anything. Automations, custom booking flows, client portals, integrations. Built to work for you, not around the limitations of someone else’s platform.

No platform fees, no feature paywalls. Just straightforward hosting costs and a website that’s fully yours. You own the code. You own the asset. Full stop.

DM me BUILD if you’re ready for a website that actually works for your business.

The garden, the pond, an armful of flowers, and the only place I needed to be was here.

Stems this week - anemone, ranunculus, scabiosa, snapdragon, eucalyptus.

I started Bee & Bloom because I wanted to make flowers that felt like somewhere. Not the cellophane-wrapped supermarket kind. The kind someone might’ve cut from the garden and put on the kitchen table.

So tomorrow, the cart is out for the first time.

Hand-tied bouquets, mason jars, Book & Bloom bundles. All made fresh in the morning from this week’s flowers.

Following along? You’ll see what gets made each week.

My brain genuinely went:

“these trainers look like flowers” 🌿🤣

So naturally I turned them into a bouquet.

Shot in my wildlife garden in Elsecar using fresh flowers, my new fave trainers, pond water and pure hyperfixation ✨

Now I kinda want to do an entire series of fashion-inspired bouquets???

Sometimes the best creative concepts happen accidentally 🌿

Inspired by the new x Sambas. I wanted to translate the colours, textures and feeling of the trainers into florals, styling and photography.

Soft greens, blush pinks, meadowy movement and a little bit of countryside editorial storytelling ✨

Honestly would LOVE to create more campaign-style concepts like this for fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands.

Also posting over on because apparently woodland editorial Sambas belong there too 🤣

Most people don’t know this about common kingfishers…they aren’t actually blue.

The colour comes from the way light scatters through the structure of their feathers, not from pigment. Depending on the light and angle, that famous blue can disappear completely.

It’s physics, not colour.
Have you noticed this when photographing or spotting them?

I’ve always loved the belief that robins are a sign a loved one is near ❤️

Maybe it’s true, maybe it isn’t…

But every time one appears, I never pass up the chance to photograph them. There’s just something so comforting about them 🕊️

And honestly, they might be the friendliest little birds in the UK 🌿

Do you believe robins are a sign of loved ones visiting?
I’d love to know 💫
