This trip has showed me yet another facet of how intricate God is in the details, and how he knows us even better than we think.
Yesterday, we got the most wonderful spa treatment, probably the best in my life. She knew exactly where I was tight and the pressure I liked, it was overlooking the most wonderful view, completely surrounded by nature, lying on a deliciously comfortable bed, at this stunning, luxury hotel. And in the midst of gratitude, I could sense God saying, “I know exactly what you like. I know you! I know what pleases you. I know what makes you happy. I know what brings you joy…and its my joy to give this to you. I always had this holiday for you.”
I’m blown away by moments like this, where I realise, God knows our hearts and our desires better than we could ever describe, articulate or write down on a prayer board. That’s why we are called to trust him, and to trust that he actually really wants to do all this for us, because like a good father, he delights in seeing us happy!
Thank you God for all that you have done in my life.
Deciding to trust you, surrender to you and follow you has been the greatest decision of my life. All I have is from you, and I am absolutely rejoicing ☀️
This particular moment in our wedding was a touch of heaven. The sky a majestic pinky-blue, worshiping the Lord with all our closest friends a family by our side, celebrating all the Lord has done to bring us together, and in the middle of all of it, a gust of wind as if Holy Spirit was saying “I am here, I am with you, I am for you, and I bless this marriage”
2025 has been the most incredible year of my life. It would be hard to document all of the wonderful things the Lord has done for me and for us, yet I still know, the best is yet to come. In Jesus name 🙌🏽

What an incredibly blessed year it’s been for us.
From our wedding and month-long honeymoon at the start of 2025, through to new jobs and roles for us both mid-year followed by Tuscan birthdays, now as we close the year out, we feel so grateful for our friends, our church, our love and of course for how abundantly wonderful and kind our God is. For years I’ve saved hundred of Pinterest photos, using them as screen savers, imagining what it would feel like to be there…and now that we are here, it has truly been everything I dreamed it would be.
We’re already dreaming and planning our next trip…and one day I hope to call it home (or at least holiday home) 🌿
As we step into this new chapter as husband and wife, where two become one, our hearts are so full. The day was everything we dreamed it would be—overflowing with love, joy, and the tangible presence of God. It felt like heaven touched earth.
