PS- Never walk away from baby on the changing table ‼️
I always change baby *Before* a feeding..
1. Get new diaper ready and place in the right direction with flaps to the back
2. Get 2 wipes ready
3. Fold the tabs down so they don’t stick to clothes or bedding
4. Gently lift legs with feet together and legs flexed toward the tummy
5. a. Wipe front to back for girls b. Lay one wipe down first for boys to avoid getting sprayed! Then use another wipe to clean with
6. Take old diaper out and put new diaper under
7. Tabs shouldn’t be touching or else the diaper might be a size too big.
8. Gently roll to side make sure back is pulled up, and pull out elastic sides.
9. Diaper should lie just below the belly button
10. You should be able to fit 2 fingers in the back, if not, the diaper might be too small!
11. Fold diaper with wipe inside and secure with tabs
12. If the diaper is making red marks on babies thighs, the diaper might be a size too small!

They enjoy Face to Face Conversation because they recognize your facial expressions now, and it helps them learn turn taking, and communication. Mimicking their noises encourages language development!
They prefer bright colors and patterns now, and are tracking and focusing more.
