I've always struggled with my weight/body image and never feeling good enough/pretty enough/worthy enough. I look at myself before and honestly can't believe that's me. I didn't recognise myself. I didn't feel like myself. Moreso than I had in a long time. I avoided being social because feeling so big and uncomfortable and the furthest I'd ever been from myself made me want to hide away.
My goal was to lose 5kg, and I didn't think I'd be able to do that, so to lose 6.8kg is unbelievable!!
I wanted to feel like myself. Feel comfortable in my own body and clothes. Sleep better. Have more energy to do even basic things. Clear the brain fog and constant fatigue. And I did all that!
I've got more to lose, but knowing I'm halfway there in just 28 days makes my end goal seem so much more achievable. This was the reset my body and mind needed, and I'm excited to keep going and do my own challenge and achieve my goals, and do this for me! ๐ช
