Das war mein Frühstück heute morgen! 😍 Also so darf der Tag gerne immer starten. Ich hab es mir im gemütlich gemacht, während draußen der Himmel seine Schleusen geöffnet hat. Es ist leider echt schon sehr kalt und nass geworden in Hamburg. Da sind ein paar Vitamine doch genau das richtige! 🥝🍏🍓🍍Ich hatte eine Acai-Bowl mit Kiwi, Ananas, Chiasamen, Granola und Kokosflocken. Und dazu gab es einen frisch gepresstes Saft aus Rote Beete, Ananas, Orange und Ingwer mit dem schönen Namen „Drama Queen“ 😅 Na ich hoffe nicht, dass das dieser Name bei mir heute zum Programm wird. 😉 Geschmeckt hat er jedenfalls 1a! Ich esse einfach für mein Leben gerne 😄Dabei ist es mir allerdings wichtig, dass es nicht nur gesund und abwechslungsreich, sondern auch qualitativ hochwertiges Essen ist. Und es muss natürlich schmecken!!! 😋 Poké-Bowls haben es mir dabei besonders angetan und sind ja gerade auch super angesagt. Gestern habe ich die Lachs-Avocado-Bowl probiert und was soll ich sagen...sie war seeehr schnell aufgegessen 😅 Mega gut! Dazu gab es einen „Muntermacher“ aus Orange, Ingwer, Apfel, Karotten und Zitrone, der mir empfohlen wurde.
