Abdulkarim apparently filmed himself on Instagram setting toilet paper packages in the warehouse on fire.

The warehouse is the size of 11 city blocks. In total, 175 firefighters and 20 engines were on the scene trying to put the fire out.

One of the most dangerous practices reported is filling plastic bags with gas directly from supply lines and carrying them home for cooking. LPG is highly flammable and under normal conditions must be stored in pressurized, sealed metal cylinders designed to handle the gas safely. Plastic bags offer no protection, no pressure control and can rupture easily,createing a serious explosion or fire hazard.
