Kita buat interval - laju, slow, ulang balik.

Penat tu memang penat. Tapi kat situlah datang progress.

Road to marathon. One session at a time.

Decided to switch to cushioned soles after developing foot tendinitis last month. My choice was obvious... I really appreciate how has steadily built up and supported the running community in Malaysia over the years.

Their sponsorship of local athletes such as and content creators / athletes like has been well thought out and purposeful as has their sponsorship of athletes from around the region including from Thailand.

I am also impressed by how Asics empowers the Malaysian team to do collabs with local brands like to come up with unique cross collab designs...

The Novoblast 5 is my training shoe and the Metaspeed Edge will be my race shoe!

Had an interesting conversation with on the podcast together with where we spoke about Neow's decision to leave the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, to enter into full time politics with the in 2022 and his thoughts on the political landscape in Malaysia.

All the best to Neow in his journey!
Glad to have moderated an engaging discussion with Professor and on the New World Disorder we find ourselves in currently. We hope to see how small states can create order out of the current volatile geopolitical and geo-economic landscape... many thanks to for the invitation and to for hosting us...

For a long time, countries like Malaysia could count on a fairly predictable world — open markets, shared rules, and a sense that the global system, whatever its flaws, mostly worked. That world is shifting. The rules are being rewritten, old alliances feel less certain, and small and middle-sized nations are being asked to make harder choices than before.

So where does that leave the rest of us?

In this session, we sit down with Danny Quah — Li Ka Shing Professor in Economics and one of Asia’s most respected voices on the changing global order — together with Dr. Ong Kian Ming, former Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry. Together, they’ll explore what this new landscape means for nations like Malaysia, where the real opportunities lie, and how smaller players can find agency, build new partnerships, and help shape what comes next.

A candid, accessible conversation — for anyone curious about the world we’re heading into.

Hosted by Ainil Norazman.

Thank you Professor Dr. Ong Kian Ming for the insightful exchange during the visit to NCT Smart Industrial Park.

As Malaysia’s First Managed Industrial Park, NCT Smart Industrial Park continues to be developed beyond infrastructure alone, with a focus on integrated planning, operational coordination, digital readiness, and long-term industrial growth to support both global and domestic businesses.

The prospectus for the first Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) program in Malaysia has been launched! It has been a pleasure working with my colleagues at, Harmahinder & Deboshree, at the School of Law & Governance, to curate this program and to obtain the approval from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency to launch this program. The first intake will commence in April 2025!
