Als wir den We Live Tower übernommen haben, war die Idee schon klar: ein Bürohochhaus in Frankfurt-Niederrad als modernen Wohn- und Lebensort neu denken.
Heute ist das Projekt natürlich einen Schritt weiter.
Gemeinsam mit der entwickeln und revitalisieren wir das Gebäude in der Lyoner Straße 14. Auf 18 Etagen sollen künftig 364 Apartments entstehen – darunter 220 vollmöblierte i Live Micro-Living Apartments und 144 Rioca Serviced Apartments. Außerdem wird das Areal um etwa 1.800 m² Neubau-Nutzfläche erweitert, so dass neben einer 6-zügigen Kindertagesstätte weitere 12 Wohnungen für Alleinerziehende realisiert werden können.
Bestand weiterdenken. Nutzungen mischen. Lebensraum schaffen.
Genau darum geht es beim We Live Tower. Und genau deshalb freuen wir uns auf unser erstes Projekt in Frankfurt, das jetzt durchstartet. Der Rückbau der Fassade ist in vollem Gange.
In den kommenden Monaten werden wir weiter berichten. Denn eins ist klar: Ein Projekt dieser Größenordnung entsteht im Zusammenspiel vieler Beteiligter. Together, we’re building a purpose-built student accommodation platform with an investment volume of €1.5 billion — helping to ease the pressure on housing markets in key university cities.
Our first projects in Frankfurt and Berlin, securing around 1,000 beds, are already underway and mark the start of a long-term partnership.

Letzten Freitag haben wir etwas ganz Besonderes gefeiert: unsere erste Veranstaltung im neuen Urban Living Südtor.
Es war ein unglaublich schöner Tag voller Austausch, guter Gespräche und echter Freude — gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern, Investoren und Eigentümern.
Und das Beste: In nur wenigen Tagen ist es soweit — im Mai öffnen wir unsere Türen für die ersten Bewohner. 🏡
Dieses Projekt steht für so viel mehr als nur modernes Wohnen. Es geht um Gemeinschaft, um neue Lebensräume und darum, ein echtes Zuhause zu schaffen.
