Oggi in tavola: linguine all’astice, un piatto semplice ma ricco di sapore, perfetto da condividere
Ricetta per 2 piatti abbondanti:
250 g di linguine
600 g di astice a pezzi
oppure mezzo astice a persona
250 g di pomodorini
1 spicchio d’aglio
4 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva
70 ml di vino bianco
100 ml di acqua di cottura della pasta
15 g di prezzemolo fresco
sale q.b.
Procedimento 👇
Scongelare l’astice in acqua fredda per circa 30 minuti.
In padella mettere olio, aglio e prezzemolo.
Aggiungere l’astice e lasciarlo insaporire per 1–2 minuti, poi sfumare con il vino bianco.
Unire i pomodorini tagliati a metà e cuocere per qualche minuto 🍅
Cuocere le linguine, scolarle al dente e saltarle in padella con il sugo, aggiungendo poco alla volta l’acqua di cottura.
Completare con prezzemolo fresco e servire 🍝
