Nel cuore della città, all’ultimo piano dello storico Palazzo Solaro Del Borgo, con ingresso da via Lagrange 4, sorge un nuovo spazio ricettivo composto da sei ampie suite dotate di cucina e bagno privato. Il progetto è stato sviluppato attraverso due fasi distinte: la prima, guidata dalla proprietà, ha riguardato la demolizione dei manufatti preesistenti, il delicato consolidamento dei solai originali e la predisposizione dei nuovi impianti. La seconda fase, ispirata dalla visione di, ha invece definito l'estetica e l'organizzazione funzionale che caratterizzano la struttura oggi.
Lo spirito dell’intervento unisce il massimo rispetto per l’edificio storico alle moderne esigenze di operatività del settore dell'accoglienza. Gli appartamenti, definiti da scelte cromatiche audaci e inaspettate, dialogano armoniosamente con le antiche travature lignee riportate alla luce. Completano l'atmosfera carte da parati dal gusto d’antan e velluti morbidi e avvolgenti, capaci di trasportare l’ospite in un immaginario sospeso tra presente e passato. Palazzo Solaro Boutique & Luxury Suites intende così proporre una nuova visione della ricettività, dove il prestigio dell'architettura storica si fonde con la libertà della creatività compositiva.
