Fast, flavourful, and always a hit.
Ingredients:
• 1 box High Liner Coconut Shrimp
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
• 1 tsp sriracha
• 1 tsp honey
• Green onion and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Air fry the shrimp at 350°F for 7–8 minutes, until golden and crispy.
2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
3. Toss the hot shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated, or drizzle the sauce over top.
4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
5. Enjoy while hot!

1️⃣ Classic Creamy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
•1 cup milk
•1 tbsp cocoa powder
•1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
•2 tbsp chopped chocolate
•Whipped cream (topping)
Method:
Heat milk on low. Whisk in cocoa + sugar until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and creamy.
2️⃣ Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
•1 cup milk
•1 tbsp cocoa powder
•1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
•2 tbsp chopped chocolate
•1 tbsp caramel sauce
•Pinch of flaky salt
•Whipped cream + extra caramel on top
Method:
Warm milk and whisk in cocoa, sugar, and caramel until silky. Add a tiny pinch of salt. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream + caramel drizzle.
3️⃣ Coffee Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
•1 cup milk
•1 tbsp cocoa powder
•1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
•2 tbsp chopped chocolate
•2 tbsp brewed coffee
•¼ tsp cinnamon
Method:
Heat milk. Whisk in cocoa, sugar, coffee, and cinnamon until smooth and frothy. Perfect morning pick-me-up!
