A couple things I’ve already learned from just completing day 2/90.
This MagO7 from.com is wild. One of my goals at the start of this challenge was to cleanse myself from the inside out and this stuff is magic.
I didn’t realize how much I enjoy having a set mission. After so many years of goal setting I found myself not really doing it much any more but I’m now seeing how much better I thrive when I have a set mission/ plan.
I’m also surprised I like to read books.
Reminding myself in this challenge that the reward is doing the thing and to find joy in that.
