I’m not here to race anyone else’s journey. I’m here to build my own, in my own time, in my own way. If someone’s progress triggers insecurity instead of inspiration, that’s not something I can carry for them.
Growth should be something we celebrate in each other. If I win, I want you clapping. If you win, I’ll be the first one cheering. There is more than enough room for all of us to succeed, evolve, and become who we’re meant to be.
I’ve worked hard to get to a place where I support others genuinely, without comparison or ego. I’ve learned that peace comes from surrounding yourself with people who want to see you win, not people quietly measuring themselves against you.
If we can’t be happy for one another, if encouragement feels conditional, or if support disappears the moment someone moves forward, then I don’t want to be in that space anymore.
This isn’t about arrogance. It’s about alignment.
I choose growth, honesty, mutual respect, and community over competition disguised as connection.
I headed to with my brother for a day of downhill mountain biking. It was my first time there and only the second time I’ve ever ridden a bike park like this. Equal parts intimidating and exhilarating. New trails, new challenges, moments of fear, moments of flow, and a lot of laughter in between.
What made it truly special was sharing it with my brother. Life moves fast, and time together like this doesn’t always come easy, so I’m incredibly grateful for days that slow everything down and remind you what really matters. Covered in mud, tired, and smiling, it felt like reconnecting with a younger version of myself and with the simple joy of riding a bike for fun 🚵🏽🚵🏽♂️
Experiences like this are a huge part of why I do what I do. It’s not always about races, finish lines, or performance. It’s about growth, adventure, connection, and being willing to step outside your comfort zone, no matter your age or stage of life.
Grateful for today. Grateful for family. Grateful for the journey.
2026 is going to be pretty incredible, if you’re not already following, what don’t you come along for the ride…
This one’s for anyone training seriously for an IRONMAN… but still wants to enjoy the process.
I’ve just released a new video on YouTube breaking down why “fun” races still matter in a serious IRONMAN training year - how I use them, when they help, and when they don’t.

This isn’t about racing more or chasing ego…
It’s about staying calm, consistent, and mentally fresh through a long training year 🏊🏽🚴🏽🏃🏽
If you’re building towards a long-course race this season, I think this one will really resonate.

💬 Quick one - do you keep shorter races in your build, or strip everything back once IRONMAN training starts?
I’m incredibly proud of this, but more than anything, I’m deeply grateful.
This recognition reflects the consistency, commitment and resilience shown throughout the 2025 season across IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 races. It represents early mornings, late nights, quiet miles, moments of doubt, and the decision to keep showing up even when it would have been easier not to.
What makes this even more meaningful is knowing where I’ve come from. From struggling with my mental health as a teenager, to using endurance sport as a way to rebuild belief, confidence and purpose, this journey has never just been about times or rankings. It’s been about growth, learning and becoming a better version of myself, both as an athlete and as a person.
I’m hugely thankful to my family for their constant support, to the athletes I coach who inspire me daily, and to this incredible community that continues to show kindness and belief in what I do.
This isn’t the destination, just another marker on the path. I’m excited for what’s next and grateful to still be learning, growing and chasing what’s possible.
Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey 🫶🏼
Not only was today Linda’s 65th birthday, but she also went out and delivered a personal best at the half marathon distance. On top of that, she achieved a new threshold, a true reflection of the consistency, commitment and belief she’s shown throughout her training. Results like this don’t happen by accident. They’re earned through showing up on the hard days, trusting the process, and staying patient when progress feels slow.
What makes this even more special is the example Linda sets. She proves that age is never a limitation, that growth doesn’t have an expiry date, and that with the right mindset and support, you can continue to surprise yourself. Watching her push through, stay composed, and finish with strength was genuinely inspiring.
I’m incredibly proud of her, not just for today’s achievements, but for the journey she’s on. This feels like the perfect way to step into what will be an exciting 2026 season ahead. Happy birthday, Linda. Here’s to continued progress, new goals, and many more moments like this.
Right now, the priority is longevity. I’m stripping the ego right back and leaning into the science, physiology and process that actually builds a resilient body. Keeping the effort low, managing load, and allowing my nervous system and spine to adapt is far more important than chasing pace. Sessions like this allow me to move, build aerobic capacity, and stay connected to the journey without putting myself at risk.
Running in the cold, with time to think, reminded me why I love this process. Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, repetitive and requires patience. But it’s in these moments that real foundations are laid.
I’m excited about what lies ahead. This isn’t about rushing to the start line. It’s about building something sustainable, something strong, and something that allows me to go further for longer. The journey is only just beginning 📈
~ Fundraising for the 🛟
This weekend, I spent 72.5 hours completing my first Continuous Triple Ironman Triathlon, covering a grand total of 678.52km, with only two 2-hour sleep breaks. I did this to fundraise for the, a gesture of gratitude for saving my partner, 🛟
I likened myself to an driver, where success hinges on a dedicated team. My team’s sacrifice of sleep, time, and energy was instrumental. Their unwavering support, kindness, and commitment overwhelmed me 🤍
Though past traumas often leave me feeling alone and unworthy, this challenge highlighted a different reality. I’ve cultivated a community of incredible, supportive people.
I A M L O V E D!
This triathlon embodied all I’ve learned professionally and personally about self-awareness and resilience. It was the hardest experience of my life, to which I embraced, giving it everything!
My mind never faltered; quitting was never an option. Even as I fought exhaustion walking across Cardiff Bay Barrage, I moved steadfastly toward my goal, step by step.
I am deeply thankful for this journey and the team that made it possible. Their support was pivotal, and for that, I am eternally grateful 🫶🏼

What an incredible honour!!
Tonight I attended the award ceremony at #IM703Weymouth where I was presented an award of completion.
Becoming the first person to complete all of the races in & in one season.
To sit in the listening to the incredibly kind words of & have a room full of talented athletes, friends & family, give me a standing ovation was truly touching!!
Seeing & my three children’s eyes well up with pride as I stood up on stage is something that I’ll treasure forever 🥹 You are the reason why I push myself so much & why I work so hard!!
To the athletes in the room & the wider community, you inspire me to believe, to dream & to work harder on my craft, I hope in turn I can do the same!!
Thank you 🤍
