We had a long discussion before embarking on the surgical journey. We performed a procedure called septorhinoplasty. We opened the nose & reconstructed the fractured segments. Cartilage grafts from the septum were used in the work.
Now months later, the nose has fully healed. Her breathing has transformed & the nose looks straight with good angles & proportions. Needless to say Lily is very happy with the outcome. I thank her very much much for placing her trust in me & agreed to share this story.
