La verità è che non esiste una formula magica.
Negli anni abbiamo semplicemente preso una serie di decisioni che ci hanno permesso di avere meno vincoli e più libertà.
Niente mutuo, niente finanziamenti, lavoro da remoto, pochi acquisti inutili e la scelta di investire il nostro tempo e i nostri soldi in esperienze invece che in cose.

Arrivano diete lampo, consigli non richiesti, confronti continui, commenti mascherati da “preoccupazione” o “motivazione”. E in mezzo a tutto questo, passa l’idea che esista un corpo giusto per andare al mare, per vestirsi leggero, per vivere con libertà.
Ma questa idea è tossica. E soprattutto è stancante.
Mangiare sano non dovrebbe essere una strategia per rientrare in un ideale estetico. Non dovrebbe nascere dalla paura di essere giudicati o dal bisogno di “ripararsi” prima di mostrarsi. La salute non è una stagione, e il benessere non è una punizione.
La cultura della dieta, soprattutto in questo periodo dell’anno, non migliora la vita: spesso la restringe. Ruba spazio mentale, crea ansia, trasforma il cibo e il corpo in un pensiero fisso. E mentre cerchi di “arrivare pronto/a all’estate”, rischi di perderti proprio l’estate.
Hygge, per me, significa anche questo: togliere pressione. Smettere di vivere il corpo come un progetto continuo. Smettere di accettare commenti — anche quelli “gentili” — come se fossero innocui.
Nessuno dovrebbe sentirsi autorizzato a giudicare il corpo di un’altra persona. E nessuno dovrebbe sentirsi in dovere di cambiarlo per meritarsi spazio, luce, leggerezza.
Il tuo corpo non è un progetto estivo. È il tuo corpo. E merita la tua vita, non la tua condizione.
