今年もこの時期がやって来ました
津金産のブルーベリーと有機アップルビネガーを使用してます
このジメジメの季節にも、熱い夏の日にも、スカッとシュワっと美味しいドリンクです
目もよくなりそうだし、体は柔らかくなりそうだし、なんとなく健康的な感じがしますね
珈琲のメニューにも夏らしいものを準備してますのでお楽しみに
デザートにはあんずやすももを使ったものが登場してます
浅煎りの珈琲と合わせるととても美味しいです

甘酸っぱい旬のすももをソースにして、ミルクパンナコッタに合わせてみました
春ごろから妻のミルクパンナコッタ熱が冷める事なく、その時の旬のフルーツを合わせて定番のメニューになりつつあります
「パンナコッタはパンナコッタが好きな人しか食べないから好きにやる」と、力強く宣言していました

今週は自宅の庭に柵を作りながら仕事してた事もあったり、店がとにかく忙しかったりで全然投稿してませんでしたが、ちゃんと毎日営業してます
