•La tarde comenzó con propuestas memorables como el grilled cheese sandwich de pulpo al ajillo, alcaparras y chile canario de de, acompañado de un postre de guanábana, toronja y ribarbo.
de llevó un espectacular ostión frito con mole amarillo y torta ahogada de camarón; mientras de presentó una tostada de atún con salsa macha de chapulín y un taco oriental de pesca curada. 🌊
La esencia de HUMAR se sintió en los platillos por su parte, Salma López sirvió un delicado molusco de tierra con guanábana y limón, y Ardnol Mancha cerró con un intenso aguachile de callo de almeja y camarón con alioli de ajo rostizado. ✨
En la barra, las colaboraciones marcaron el ritmo de la tarde:
Martina de Malcriado presentó un coctel con mezcal, licor de naranja y chile poblano; mientras de sirvió clamato el Rey, una mezcla intensa y cerveza. 🍻
HUMAR celebró su nueva etapa rodeado de talento que entiende que cocinar también es compartir.
