This book is the internal journey of being in exile for over 2 years With all its highs and lows. I have been very reluctant to share this particular sketchbook because because it highlights some of my saddest and darkest thoughts.
I have met many friends who battled depression and loneliness and it has been a balm to the soul.
The ugly truth of it all is that no matter how much you share the loneliness still lingers behind every smile and every Interaction. The best way to describe it is that you lose your sense of direction and your sense of sunshine. In the 37 years I have existed, this is the 1st time I have ever felt this way from every single angle.
The great news is that the good days do find its way back and when you are ready, the new future opens its doors. Enjoy.. (?)
