٣/ نضيف الأجبان ونقفل النار.
٤/ في صينية فرن نضيف طبقة من الخليط ثم اللازانيا ثن نرجع نكرر الطبقات ( اربع طبقات تقريباً)
٥/ للوجه يضاف جبن موزاريلا ثم تغلف بالقصدير وللفرن ٢٥ دقيقة ثم نرفع القصدير ونحمرها من الاعلى.

١. نخلط الكفتة: نضيف الدجاج المفروم والبهارات والبقدونس ونخلطهم مع بعض ونشكل الدجاج كور حسب الرغبة.
٢. نقلي الكفتة: في مقلاة نضيف الزبدة وممكن زيت وكور الدجاج حتى تتحمر من الجهتين ثم نرفعها من النار.
٣. نجهز الصوص: نضيف الفطر والثوم ومكعب مرقة الدجاج بالفطر ثم نضيف كريمة الطبخ.
٤. نرجّع الكفتة: نضيف كور الدجاج ونخليها تطبخ دقيقتين ونطفي النار.
