Da fuori sembri stare bene.
Ma dentro… è tutt’altra realtà.
Ti fa a pezzi corpo, mente e anima.
La cosa più difficile?
Farlo capire agli altri.
Chi non vive la mia situazione e non è accanto a me ogni giorno, non può comprenderla davvero.
Vivere dovendo rinunciare praticamente a tutto.
Vivere con l’ansia perenne che possa star male improvvisamente o che possa non esserci più da un momento all’altro… è qualcosa di estenuante.
E vi assicuro che come non è facile per me,
non lo è nemmeno per chi mi sta vicino.
Un anno dopo, la malattia c’è ancora e la strada da fare è lunga.
Ma ogni giorno che passa lo vedo come un piccolo passo avanti.

Sono sempre in difficoltà quando devo decidere se condividere questo tipo di contenuto,
ma poi penso che sia giusto farlo per raccontare una realtà che spesso non si vede da fuori.
Quando ho scoperto la malattia, mi sentivo molto sola, sbagliata… come se fosse colpa mia.
Sono caduta in depressione.
Ma ogni volta che vedevo video di persone che affrontavano situazioni simili alle mie, mi sentivo meno sola, più compresa… il morale tornava su.
Ed è questo che vorrei trasmettere con questo post.
Sui social sembra sempre tutto così perfetto…
ma la verità è che se una persona sta sorridendo, non significa che non sta combattendo.
Ognuno di noi, nessuno escluso,
combatte battaglie che nessuno immagina.
Non siete soli ❤️🩹
È stata una giornata bellissima: abbiamo visto insieme la diretta del Pokémon Presents e poi c’erano tantissime attività da fare.
Si poteva giocare a Pokopia, farsi fare una caricatura in stile Pokémon, scattare foto, aprire pacchetti e c’era anche una Grab Machine dove ho vinto il Trainer Box! 😍
