Oké, ik beloof dat dit het laatste is dat ik vorige week kocht tijdens mijn dagje shoppen/stylen voor een project. (Je zou bijna denken dat dat ‘project’ stiekem gewoon mijn eigen huis is…) Ik vond dit meteen zo’n leuk kussen! Past helemaal bij de iets meer eclectische stijl die ik aan het toepassen ben.
Ik heb nu een weekje vakantie! Ik ga namelijk volgende week naar Salone del Mobile in Milaan!! Zoveel zin in, een week vol interieur en design, inspiratie, netwerken en natuurlijk lekker eten en drinken in de zon. 🥂🍕🇮🇹

Het volgende bewijsstuk dat ik me niet in kan houden als ik ga shoppen voor styling voor projecten: deze prachtige bloesem takken! En zal ik een geheimpje verklappen? Het zijn kunstbloemen! Eerst vond ik daar nooit zoveel aan, liever een echte bos bloemen. Maar het is wel echt een trend en daardoor zie ik de kwaliteit behoorlijk verbeteren! Deze vond ik zo mooi dat ik het wel eens wilde proberen. En ik kan het natuurlijk nog steeds eens afwisselen met een mooie échte tak!

Gisteren scheen het zonnetje zo lekker naar binnen dat ik er meteen even een foto van maakte. Ik post heel weinig van m’n slaapkamer zag ik toen… het is ook maar klein. Maar wel heel fijn!

Morgen nog een hele drukke maar vooral hele leuke dag: ik ga de styling voor twee grote projecten inkopen en ook meteen plaatsen. Zal een heel gevlieg worden maar ik vind dat zo leuk om te doen! Dan maak je het project écht af, de puntjes op de i.
Ik moet me altijd wel inhouden om dan niet van alles voor mezelf mee te nemen… ik kan nog niet beloven dat me dat morgen gaat lukken. Maar dan zien jullie dat snel genoeg! 😂

Daar is ie dan! Dé DIY van het moment, naar het idee van. Het duurde even voordat ik de bloempotten van had bemachtigd maar het was het wachten waard!
Wat heb je nodig?
- een grote en een kleine bloempot;
- montagelijm;
- witte kalkverf (en een kwast);
- wit decoratiezand;
- witte stompkaarsen.
Ik heb alles bij de Action vandaan gehaald behalve de montagelijm, die had ik nog in huis.
De reel spreekt volgens mij verder wel voor zich! Het is zo simpel en staat zo leuk! heeft er ook een met een blikje bio-ethanol, dan maak je er eenvoudig een haardje van. Check it out!

Ik heb toch weer een gave DIY gemaakt, al zeg ik het zelf! Steeds vaker zie je zuilen of hoge bijzettafels in het interieur verschijnen om je mooiste items of planten op te showen. Mij leek het leuk om deze zelf te maken, maar dan wel met een hele robuuste look. Dus maakte ik een basis van 12mm MDF, maar werkte deze af met beton ciré van. Ik koos voor de kleur Oat, een warme zand kleur die ik steeds vaker in mijn interieur laat terugkomen. En dit is het resultaat! Te gek toch? Beton ciré kun je bij gewoon per vierkante meter bestellen dus de tijd dat je dit alleen in je badkamer toepaste is voorbij. Je kunt er dus ook meubels een nieuwe look mee geven of dus toffe DIY’s mee maken!
