Momentan jongliere ich ständig zwischen Privatleben, Beruf, Kinderbespaßung, unzähligen Terminen, Schulaufgaben, Me-Time sowie Zeit mit meinem Ehemann und Freunden. Ein ordentliches Zuhause? Das sind meist nur flüchtige Momentaufnahmen, denn in der Realität herrscht oft das totale Chaos. Obwohl ich mir große Mühe gebe, eine gewisse Grundordnung zu bewahren, gelingt mir das nur in etwa 60 Prozent der Zeit. In einem Moment ist alles ordentlich, und zwei Minuten später sieht es aus wie nach einem Tornado. Es ist erstaunlich, wie schnell wir das gesamte Haus verwüsten!

Oft haben wir vor uns hin geträumt - geträumt, wie wir irgendwo und irgendwann mit unseren Kindern in einem schönen Häuschen wohnen werden.
Wir haben es nicht gesucht, aber trotzdem gefunden - unser Traumhaus.
Eine Villa, gebaut als Betriebskindergarten der VEB Werkzeugfabrik Königsee.
Eine alte Villa mit unglaublich viel Charme und ganz viele Geschichte.
Noch ist eine Menge zutun!
Ich freue mich auf jeden einzelnen, der uns auf dieser Reise begleitet.

Das Schmuckstück auf diesem Bild zeigt unser neues Traumhaus #altbauliebe,welches wir voraussichtlich ab dem kommenden Jahr Sanieren werden.

Bevor wir mit der Sanierung anfangen, muss das Schmuckstück erst einmal komplett entkernt werden und das Nebengelass, mit einer Größe von nochmal ca. 380 qm abgerissen werden.
