When I was a kid, I watched lot of tv series (soaps) in tv. I told my mum.
“Mum when I grew up, I would like to be an actress.”
I was only 10 at that time. My mum told me, to become an actress I need to learn a lot. So I did, I was one of the best student in the school. At 15 I got in to high school where I learned drama, history, screen acting, stage-musical acting, singing and dancing. But my real acting/professional journey begun in London. People say London is the town full of opportunities. You just need to believe in yourself and people will believe in you. Becoming actress was not easy. It took me 3 years to get on Spotlight. I had to build up my credits (Imdb). I had zero contacts in film industry. I had to network a lot. I went to fashion shows, film premiers, networking events, casting directors workshop etc. I had a full time job that time and after work I attended these events. It was like, I have 2 lives at the same time. The boring 9–5 job and an exciting acting life. Well I can say nowdays, I’m a working actress with 37 credits on 😊
