With yoga every morning, and afternoon sessions ranging from yin, restorative, antara flow, and aerial, there is something for everyone. We had daily walks through the pine forests to the town to enjoy a coffee by the water, meet the local cats, and sample some of the regional delights. Our group also took a private boat trip down the coast to swim in the sea, and some of our party enjoyed a Hammam experience on the last day too.
Retreats with Heart Space not only allow you to have a wonderful, curated experience away, but they also are one of the best fundraising tools we have to support the work we do in studio and in the wider community. It’s amazing and relaxing for you, and even more wonderful for the wider community. ❤️ a retreat that gives back.

Twist & Flow - a spring energising practice. Includes a refreshing lemon ginger tisane after.
Join Maureen for a workshop focusing on deep spinal rotation to stimulate abdominal organs and help with digestion and lymphatic flow.
You can expect a combination of long holds with lots of props, and creative heat building flow sequence of standing twists, balances and playful transitions. We will explore the concept of 3D spiral sequencing to access functional movement of the spine shoulders and hips.
Variations and modifications for all levels.
A refreshing and energising lemon ginger tisane will be provided at the end of practice.
Price: £25 (member discounts apply)
Our retreat days start with meditation and intent setting, a yoga practice, myofascial, sauna and cold dip, followed by restorative yoga and a sound bath.
All through the day we also provide all the food from a snack on arrival, between practice, and a three course lunch.

A ceilidh just needs people!
Together we danced and enjoyed dancing together raising money for charity, we raised over £4000! Thank you so much for coming and believing in our community work and being part of our community.
We had over 110 people with us, and we will all be feeling our calves tomorrow!
