この度、滋賀県建築士会で開催されました、第1回「びわ湖建築賞」にて弊社の「三大寺の家」が住宅部門の「最優秀賞」を受賞しました。
このような素晴らしい建築賞の第1回で最優秀賞受賞できたこと非常に嬉しく思います。
また、この「三大寺の家」をご依頼頂いたクライアントのご家族の皆様、施工頂いた工務店、関係者の皆様、ありがとうございました。
そして、誠におめでとうございました。
私はこの滋賀県で二十年程、住宅の設計に携わってきましたが、この建築賞の応募をきっかけに、「滋賀で家を設計するとはどいうことか？」「滋賀の風土とは？」を凄く意識するようになりました。
私自身、この建築賞が今後将来ずっと続くことを祈っていますし、この建築賞に恥じないように今後の設計業務を全うしていきたいと思います。

新築ではなくリフォーム（改修計画）をメインに住まいを検討される方が多くなってきています。
弊社も今までは新築のご依頼が多かったですが、徐々にリフォームの問い合わせが多くなってきています。
ただリフォーム物件は既存建物ありきの計画なので、新築以上に設計力、経験値が問われます。
また、昨年の建築基準法の改正より非常に改修がややこしくなり、工務店だけでは対応しきれなく、今まで以上に建築士の判断力が問われる時代となりました。
また、依頼されるクライアントの皆さんも、リフォームになってもデザインや間取りにはこだわりたい。ただ単に綺麗にするのではなく、しっかり断熱性能もこだわりたい。そう思っておられる方が多いと思います。
