Kos Cafe is situated on the ground floor of a beautifully designed apartment complex. The building itself is an architectural gem. A central atrium crisscrossed with staircases stretches up multiple floors.
The cafe is surrounded by plants and light. It’s the perfect spot to catch up with friends, sip coffee, and slow down.
There’s no menu. Each person is offered a coffee set that includes one hot and one iced single-origin coffee, gently roasted and brewed via siphon. Pure, clean flavors that really let the coffee shine.
They also have desserts of the day, like tiramisu!
If you’re in Taiwan and love coffee, definitely add this to your list.

We chose counter seats to watch the master craft each drink. Bonsai trees lined the counter, thoughtfully placed under spotlights that cast the most beautiful shadows, framing everything set in front of you🌿
The master was incredibly kind, even offering tips on the best angles and how to use the shadows for the perfect composition. A fellow photography lover, he truly encouraged everyone to capture the beauty of his work.
Everything was amazing! Will definitely be back to try their Syphon coffee!
