Before the war in the region, I advised investors to buy property in two carefully planned projects. And indeed, some projects have been released now with prices about 36% higher than before the war, and they are still considered reasonable. Tell me why? Because Dubai, with its leadership, management, people, and culture, has proven itself to be a fruitful and enduring treasure, irreplaceable and unrivaled in the region and the world, in its resilience against all circumstances. It’s not like a war, but rather love, affection, compassion, and cooperation for the continued prosperity of Dubai. People know from experience and are certain that opportunities in Dubai increase, not decrease. You can live in Switzerland, England, Finland, America, or anywhere else in the world, but your investments in Dubai remain the best, most suitable, and safest compared to anywhere else in the world in terms of annual returns and the increase in the value of your property.
