先日光栄なが東京都日本中国友好協会様から
日中友好アンバサダーに任命頂きました。
大きな夢の一つが叶いました。
本当にありがとうございます。
・
生まれ育ちが中国、近年日本で数年生活してます。
思い返せばアイデンティティに悩んでいた時期もありました。
中国にいる際は日本人扱いされ、
日本にいる時は中国人扱いされ、
特に歴史の授業で日中の話しになると、
クラスメイトが新鮮な眼差しで私の方を向いてくるので、
教科書で顔を隠し、ただただ気まずい時間が過ぎて行くのを待ちました。
生きづらさを感じ、自ら国籍や文化について話すことはありませんでした。語らないことにより「普通」になれる「普通」になりたいと思ったのです。
・
成長するにあたり、
沢山の中国の方や日本の方に接する機会が増え、
それは「その国」を知らないから距離を取るのであり嫌いという感情が最初に来る訳ではないということを理解しました。
・
日本語喋れなかった私を受け入れてくれた高校の先生を初め、
SNSで私の発信を楽しみに見てくださる各国の方々、
いつも側にいてくれる親、応援してくれる友達などなど、
思い返せば私自身沢山の愛に触れ育ってきたと実感しました。
・
そうか、周りから愛されてない訳ではなく、私が自分を愛せてなかっただけなのです。
・
両国での生活や学びは私にとって掛け替えのない「特別」な素敵な経験です。
・
これからは自分自身の経験を生かし、
先ずは色んな方に日本、中国の魅力を知っていただき、
文化や伝統に触れ、
交流の輪を広げ、
友情を育み、
未来へ繋げていきたいです。
