一通り作業が終わって、最後にブレーキマスターのリペイント！
オイルレベルゲージからブレーキオイルが滲み出ていて、周りの塗装をダメにしてしまっていました。
このオイルゲージは、部品としては出ないので、エンジンオイルのレベルゲージを流用したものだと思います。
エンジンオイルの耐油性はあるようですが、ブレーキオイルは…
画像のように、オイルゲージのゴムの部分はふやけた様な状態になり、そこからブレーキオイルが滲み出ます。
部品がないのでこれを使うしかないんですが、何年かごとにこれをやらないとって事ですよねー

無事に行って帰って来れる様に、焼き付かない様にエンジンをなん度も開けて、いろいろ対策もしたりしてました。
最初の頃は、相模原あたりで焼きついたり、次は246の小山町のあたりで…
なんとなく共通していることが上り坂。
負荷を掛けてると抱き付く感じだったんです。
社外のピストンなので、抱き付くた度にピストンクリアランスを広げたり、ピストンのあたりがきつい部分をペーパー掛けしたり…
SSTRに行く前までには、246の小山町の登りも、御殿場からの籠坂峠も問題なく登れる様になり、山中湖経由で道志を通って帰って来れる様になっていたので、SSTRも無事に行って帰って来れるのではと思ってましたが、行きに1回焼き付き、帰りに3回焼き付き、それでもすぐにエンジンはかかり、異音もなく普通に走れるので、焼き付いたって言われなければわからない感じなんです。
開けてみたら今までに無いしっかりした焼き付きが💦
これまでは、ピストンのスカート部分が抱き付いていたのが、今回はリングのところまでが💦
インテークの方だではなく、エキゾーストの方までもが💦
ポッケやGT80等々をやってる人はご存知だと思いますが、普通に買えるピストンは一社からしか出てなくて、それを使って普通に走れる様にするしか無いんです。
何回かやってみて感じたのは、ピストンクリアランスは0.10以上ないとダメな感じ。
もしかしたらオイルポンプも怪しいのかなーと！
でも最初の頃は、混合でも抱き付いたし… みたいないろんな事を考えながらやってます。
乗りかかった船だし、なんとか普通に走れる様にしなければ😅

バルブがピストンに当たった形跡があったので、ガイドも確認！
IN側の2番と3番のガイドにクラックが入ってます。
当然バルブも曲がっています。
バルブも新品にして、ガイド入れ替えですねー

またまたミニバイク！
10数年前は、KSR100やAPE100でDE耐用のマシンのチューニングや整備等々もやってたけど、いまはすっかりZ系の修理ばかりに…
普段はやらないけどシリーズがまた来ました😅
今回は後輩くんのバハで、クランクケースを何度か溶接で修理したことのある車両。
流石にもうクランクケースを交換したいと言うことで、作業を受けました。
腰下はバハ、腰上がカブ90なんだそうで…
部品が全然わからない💦
腰下はバハの部品で頼めばいいと思うけど、腰上はC90って言っても、年式がたくさんある！
年式で違いが無いのか有るのかすらよくわからない💦
合わなかったら何度か取り直しするしかないなー
エンジンオイルは真っ黒で少し少なかった気がする。
カムチェーンは伸び伸びで、テンショナーのローラーはボロボロ💦
絶対ガチャガチャ音がしてたはず。
スプロケットも、あんなに変形してるの久しぶりに見た🤣
エンジンが無いとスタンドも無くなってしまって、置くのにすごく不便💦

エンジンから異音&掛からずで入庫してきました。
エンジンを開けて確認！
見たことない点火システム。
カムチェーンテンショナーを外してびっくり‼️
なんらかの原因で、テンショナーのプッシュロッドが押し戻され、その時にボルトにプッシュロッドの段があたり、ボルトの頭が捲れてロッドを抑えちゃったようです。
全く押してなく、テンショナーも動かず、バルブタイミングがずれて、たぶんバルブが曲がったんだと思います。
カムチェーンも凄いことになってるし、シリンダーにはキズも💦
ピストンも74mmが入ってます。
ストロークも66mm
ゼネレーターカバーがZ系のが付いていたので、クランクはZ1？
カムはST-1だし、色々いじってあるエンジンです。
ピストンのEX側のリセスのところに、少し打痕があったので、2番のEXバルブが曲っているんだと思います。
スリーブはゴッツイのが入っているから、75mmのピストンを入れます。

ポッケといい、今回のTWといい、普段では絶対に受けない作業が続きました😅
どちらのお客様も、知り合いだったり、Zのお客様の息子さんのだったりと、やらないわけには行かない作業です。
今回の修理は、突然エンジンが掛からなくなって、ご自身でやってるうちに掛かってしまったらしく、原因がわからないまま乗っていたら、またまた掛からなくなったそうです。
今回の作業でわかりましたが、サイドスタンドのキャンセルの配線の接触不良でした？
ヤフオクで強化ハーネスやイグニッションコイル、スターターリレー、メインキー等々の、それっぽいところの部品を購入して、付け替えても直る気配がなく、お手上げ状態で入庫してきました。
まず最初に持ってこられた状態であれこれ見たんですがよくわからず💦
そもそも電源が来てるのか確かめているうちに、スターターリレーから先に電気が行っていない事に気が付きました💦
たぶん社外のスターターリレーが壊れてると思い、お客様に古いリレーを持って来てもらい付け替えてみました。
でも同じ状態で直らず…
もしかして＋と➖が逆？
入れ替えてみたら、メインハーネスに電源が行く様になったんですが、キャブの後ろのリレー？が、キーをONにするとずーっとカチカチ音が…
それを無視して、セルを回してエンジンが掛かるんですが、セルボタンを離すと止まる？？？？
セルを回してる間だけ火が飛ぶ様でした。
なんかヤフオクの強化ハーネスが怪しすぎるので、元々付いていたノーマルのハーネスを持って来てもらい、ノーマルの配線に戻したら、先ほどのリレーもカチカチいわないし、普通にセルで掛かってアイドリングもする。
そんなこんなであれこれやっていたら、またうんともすんとも💦
結局、サイドスタンドスイッチをメインハーネス側でキャンセルしていたんですが、それがカプラーから端子を外し、端子同士をくっつけてテープで巻いているだけの状態💦
ちゃんとハンダでやり直そうと思って配線を引っ張ったら、端子がポロリ。
ちゃんと繋がっていなかったんです💦
これのせいで、なんかのタイミングでエンジンが掛かったり掛からなかったりしてたんだと思います。
最初の原因がこれで、ここをちゃんと接続していれば、何にも問題はなかったのが、メインハーネスを変えてみたり、イグニッションコイルを変えてみたり、スターターリレーを変えてみたり、プラスマイナスを逆に繋げたりと、ドツボもにハマるループに陥ってしまった様です。
結果として、ヤフオクで購入したメインハーネスは使い物にならないし、スターターリレーのバッテリーから直の➕配線が➖側に繋がれていたり、サイドスタンドスイッチのキャンセルが出来ていなかったという事でした。
電気は見えないから、こう言った人がやった作業の再作業は大変です💦
とは言っても、今回はすんなり早く原因を見つけることが出来、スムーズに修理が終わりました。
あとの仕上げはお客様にやってもらいます😁
