Throwback to early September when I ventured out to Madeira for some training. This ‘run’ was 38km, 1461m elevation gain, 3142m elevation loss.

Trying to capture the beauty of the mountain and clouds with the struggle of the trails and elevation is tricky in one minute lol.

So the main takeaway should be, Madeira mountains are no joke and yes you should go, they’re breathtaking!
