I’m coming for everything I deserve this year 🐎

Regulating my nervous system from living in fight or flight.
Working through a constant anxiety that I once believed was just how I was & always would be.
Sitting with & working through a lot of lifelong, unresolved hurt, patterns, habits.
At some point I woke up to the realization that the way I was living & the way I viewed life wasn’t how I wanted to live any more.
I finally put myself first. And asked myself, ok What does Hanna want out of life?
I decided that 2025 was the year I really wanted to live again. I wanted my 30’s to be different. So I leaned into my true, raw and authentic self this year even though it felt uncomfortable & awkward at times. The imposter syndrome around who I wanted to be, and even the question of.. am I really allowed to leave the familiar behind & start over?
And with that I had one of, if not the best year of my life. I learned what it really means to choose yourself. & I found the kind of peace that isn’t worth trading for a damn thing.
Everything around me lately reflects this shift.
I’m actively creating the life I want & deserve. Building habits that feel safer & more honest. No longer choosing shallow, temporary highs. Showing up differently for myself, day in & day out. Truly stepping into my higher self. Knowing I can choose a different path at any time. & just authentically being Hanna.
This isn’t to say I have it all figured out or that anxiety isn’t still apart of my life, because on some days it is. I know & deeply understand that life isn’t always good 24/7. Healing isn’t linear. Hard seasons come & go but ultimately lead us to who we need to become.
But right now, I’m soaking in all of the good. Because I deserve it.
Because I’ve done the work to be here.
I’ve put all my trust in His plan and praise the Lord for another day. Alchemy.
Looking back I wouldn’t change one single thing. This has been the best year of my life because it’s the most me I have ever felt.
I’m walking into 2026 as a completely different woman than the one who walked into January 1 2025. This feels like a homecoming to myself❤️🔥
