This transformation wasn’t easy and was done in a span of two days. Day one I was able to get rid of her violet and take her back to her natural tones and Day two consisted of the balayage. I love that she understands that going blonde is a process and is patiently awaiting her second blonding session ♥️
Before anyone goes requesting this color, just be aware that this guest comes to me every 3 months, doesn’t have naturally dark hair and has been maintaining this blonde with me for over 3 years. I use Olaplex #1 & #2 on her every single time to maintain the integrity of her hair. She gets a full foil highlight with a root shadow every time.
I remember when she first started with me, she had broken off damaged ends and her color was spotty and brassy. It’s taken a while and a whole lot of sessions for her to look like this. She also does her homework and treats her hair at home, uses all the right products and doesn’t use a lot of heat on it. If there was ever an ideal blonde client, she’s it 👏🏽
Where do I even start with this one? My guest hadn’t seen me in a couple of years and got into doing her own hair. 😳 Picture #4 is how she walked into the salon. She had maybe 5 different colors all over her hair, her roots were dark and grown out and her ends were a disaster. 🫠 To start off, I had to even her color out so I used some copper tones to bring her to an even canvas as shown in picture #5. After I was able to have an even canvas, it was super easy to get her to this shade of red. I color melted her to give her ends a pop of brightness, used throughout her service and cut off her damage and added some layers. 😍
It’s the subtlety for me 💁🏽♀️ My beautiful guest requested subtle violet tones for her balayage for a not-so-drastic change and I’m OBSESSED. I love the shade when it’s not so overdone! Swipe to see the cutie ❤️
