I’m always so excited to find new wellness spaces in the city so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check out H2O Float Studio. H2O in particular came at a perfect time for me as I was just starting to look for a new meditation practice. They offer a WIDE VARIETY of different length & themes of hydrotherapy sessions (including a Pink Floyd one for all the rock fans out there) and I chose to do the 60 minute meditation, with an audio meditation led by. 🌌🌿
