- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 3 cups water
- Salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper

🌟 Boil the red lentils in water, then add the bulgur and let it rest.
🌟 Sauté the onion in oil, add tomato and pepper pastes, then mix with the lentil and bulgur mixture.
🌟 Add spices and salt, then when the mixture cools down, add chopped green onions and parsley, knead well, and shape into köftes.
