We’re almost there,but we only have two weeks left until we are off on another adventure overseas for a short while to visit family. So the rest will have to wait until we return.

A lovely way to end our time here in south australia and onto new adventures.
Our original plans were to explore the rest of SA and onto WA but as always we go where ever the wind takes us and its heading straight back up to queensland, to a block of land that we purchased at the end of last year in a very special place to us ☺️.
Although our travels will slow right down we will still be in our home on wheels but we are excited to see what this next season of our lives brings us.

This whole area is very underrated from driving on the beach at Sellicks to climbing in caves at Port Willunga and snorkelling at Port Noarlunga not to mention Rapid bay.
This part of south australia is just beautiful and will always hold a special place in my heart spending those last few weeks of pregnancy along this coastline before the birth of our gorgeous girl.

What a camp this is, and one not to be missed.
As normal we decided last minute to head down here and luckily we got a spot, it was not beach front but we didn’t care we were just glad to be at the beach again and as i was 35 weeks pregnant i was happy to have the water to cool off in.
We had the best weather with next to no wind, the water was calm which was great for the kids and the sun was shining but our last day the wind took a change and gosh if you happen to have days full of that then this camp would quickly turn into a not so fun place to be.
There is heaps of things to do, We spent a few days hanging at the beach and fishing for squid off the jetty. Then we spent a day or two beach hopping in the next couple of towns.
The only thing to make this better would be having a boat.
The campground itself has no drinking water so our five water tanks came in handy also no power and having our full off grid set up was worth every penny.
We spent five days here and used the aircon, induction, coffee machine and washing machine everyday.
Having this set up most people would think is over kill but its when we are in spots like these that we our grateful for having it.
Especially with two grubby groms that need washing every night.

She came alot earlier than expected at 36 weeks due to cholestasis of pregnancy. She spent the longest 6 days of our lives in NICU needing a little help with her breathing. But she is now at home with us and we are all smitten with her.

We have just got back from a incredible trip over to North West Island, a coral cay on the southern Great Barrier Reef and at 75klms from the mainland it’s pretty isolated.
No shops, no amenities, no cars and No phones…We love this $#[+.
Just us, the ocean, the reef, the beach, the boat and a tent covered in bird poo and caterpillars 🐛.
