موافقتنامه همكاری تامین اجتماعی ایران و تركیه در قالب قانون شماره 7306 طی حکم ریاست جمهوری در تاریخ 16 مارس 2021 تصویب و امروز 24 مارس 2021 در شماره 31433 روزنامه رسمی ترکیه منتشر شد.
به موجب این موافقتنامه، همکاری که پیشتر در 16 آوریل 2016 با حضور رجب طیب اردوغان و حسن روحانی روسای جمهور دو کشور، به امضا رسیده بود، مجموع سابقه خدمت و پرداخت حق بیمه شهروندان دو کشور در صورت کار و پرداخت حق بیمه در کشور مورد قرارداد، حساب و مستمری بازنشستگی بر حسب آن تعیین خواهد شد.
فاتح چایاباتماز، نماینده انجمن صنعتگران و بازرگانان مستقل ترکیه «موسیاد» در ایران در این زمینه به خبرنگار آناتولی گفت: این قانون به طور کلی در رابطه با نحوه بازنشستگی است. پیشتر شهروندان نمیتوانستند سابقه خدمت و بیمه پردازی را در کشور مقابل ثبت کنند. اما اکنون با این حکم این مشکل رفع شده است.
وی افزود: به طور مثال پیشتر اگر فردی در ایران 20 سال کار کرده باشد برای بازنشستگی در ترکیه دوباره باید به مدت 25 سال از نو کار یا بیمه پردازی را آغاز میکرد، اما اکنون تنها با 5 سال خدمت و پرداخت حق بیمه میتواند از مزایای بازنشستگی در ترکیه بر حسب میزان بیمه پردازیاش استفاده کند. به عبارتی سابقه کاری و مدت بیمه پردازی در هر یک از کشور، در کشور مورد قرار داد نیز تایید خواهد شد.
چایاباتماز تصریح کرد: این موضوع احتمالا میزان تقاضای مهاجرت از ایران به ترکیه را افزایش خواهد داد.
گفتنی است ترکیه تاکنون با 35 کشور در این زمینه توافق انجام داده است که 34 مورد همراه با موافقتنامه همکاری ایران آن به جز کشور لهستان توسط رئیس جمهور ترکیه تایید و در روزنامه رسمی منتشر شده است.
تمامی این موافقتنامهها به جز توافقنامه همکاری با کشور لیبی شامل بیمههای بلند مدت و امور بازنشستگی در رابطه با احتساب سوابق کاری و مدت بیمه پردازی است.
