Θα χρειαστείς:
• 1 κεφαλάκι γουρουνιού (από γουρούνι έως 10 κιλά)

3️⃣ Κάλυψε όλη την πέτσα με αλάτι.
4️⃣ Τοποθέτησέ το σε ταψί ή στο air fryer.
5️⃣ Ψέκασε με ελαιόλαδο.
6️⃣ Ψήσε στους 200-220°C για 30-35 λεπτά μέχρι να γίνει η πέτσα τραγανή.
