I’ve had this post sitting in my notes for months now.

Initially instigated by another very high profile women’s fitness instructor who pretty much
put forward that women couldn’t achieve sufficient Vitamin D for their babies with sunlight alone.

The notion that babies need to be supplemented from birth made me angry. The notion that breastfeeding was somehow failing babies and a poor substitute to formula also made me angry.

Yes breast milk is nutritionally dependent upon maternal status and is therefore conditionally perfect.

Encouraging women back to deep nutrition and sunlight exposure, not only for baby but primarily for themselves to feel better postpartum is unconditionally critical.

Yes there are circumstances where infant Vit D may be the best course of preventative action, this is undeniable. It shouldn’t be presented as a first line defense however to mothers because the root of the deficiency began before baby was even conceived.

Fear of the sun is proudly brought to you by the same Fear Factory that gave us fear of Vitamin A during pregnancy. Also completely detrimental to a healthy pregnancy.

I’d love to hear your thoughts 💭✌🏻
The Toxic Trinity…..

Each on their own is dangerous enough but when combined as they are in the mixing pot that is the human body, they deliver a cocktail with far greater impact.

In the presence of Glyphosate, Aluminium becomes 20-50 times more toxic and Fluoride turns into Aluminofluoride complexes.

All three are neurotoxins. All three elicit immunoexcitotoxicity, synergistically induce pineal gland pathology and target neuronal function.

The assault is coming from our air, water, food and injected direct into our blood stream too.

Wi-fi and frequencies between 2.4-5GhZ become the activator for maximum tissue pentration, weakening the blood brain barrier as glyphosate weakens the gut barrier allowing the poison to run deep.

“when you think this through, you come to the conclusion that either there must have been an ultra-intelligent group of scientists who have designed this protocol to fluoridate the drinking water, to put atomised aluminium in the air, inject aluminium straight into the blood stream, to put glyphosate in the food and then activate it, spark it with the right frequencies - a world full of wi-fi.

It’s either a coincidence, which is possible, that enough dumb people made the wrong choices over the years – I’m still hoping that that may be at least part partially true – or it’s orchestrated by a very, very intelligent group of destructive minds.”

What are your thoughts?

Mosaic Diagnostics provide a urine Glyphosate Test via RN Labs or Australian Biologics. You would be horrified at some of the results for children.

HTMA Testing is useful for determining Aluminium exposure however cannot provide a total body burden figure.

If you aren’t using a water filter - you need to change that stat. Home Water testing kits can clearly show you how much Fluoride is present in city drinking water.
The human body has evolved to handle iron tightly and with extreme care because free iron catalyses oxidative reactions.

Iron is a double edged sword - too much creates extreme oxidative stress, too little anaemia. The curious thing about Iron is that you can be loaded with the stuff in your tissues but still appear anaemic on paper.

The Biological Facts
Total body iron: 3–4 g in women
Daily iron turnover: 20–25 mg recycled
Dietary absorption need: just 1–3 mg/day

A 1,000 mg Ferinject infusion forces the body into emergency storage mode, not utilisation mode.

This is precisely what is stated on the Ferinject patient handout “Overdose can cause accumulation of iron in storage sites.”

Most of that iron will indeed be rapidly sequestered as ferritin/hemosiderin, not incorporated into haemoglobin, while triggering hepcidin upregulation and oxidative stress as a protective response.

1000mg is not an overdose in a toxicological sense but it most certainly is in a bio regulatory sense. The body perceives 1000mg of iron as a potential threat, initiating a defensive inflammatory cascade to sequester it.

That iron is now stuck - stored, not mobilized and creating yucky inflammation in tissues.

Have you ever received an infusion and felt absolutely horrid after?

Maybe your bloods showed that massive hit of iron just miraculously disappeared within a few months?

Why? How!?

This is hardly revolutionary, there’s a million different variations of this recipe out there and all are wonderful in their own way.

I’m a pistachio and tahini addict so my version features both heavily. This is waffled down by all in our house quick smart.

Enjoy!

2 1/2 cups of Puffed Brown Rice
1/4 cup Activated Buckwheat
3/4 Cup Pistachios - I use
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
3 TBLS Raw Cacao Powder

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a saucepan you’re going to throw-
1/2 Cup of Maple or Coconut Syrup
3/4 Cups Hulled Tahini (Black Sesame Tahini is amazing in this also)
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil or Cacao Butter
Generous pinch of salt
1 TSP vanilla extract

Melt this down over low heat and once amalgamated and smooth, take off the heat and ADD + 2 scoops of Collagen Powder and stir in. I use as a brand I trust.

Pour the tahini melted liquid over the dry and mix in well.

Press into a lined Lamington tray firmly and shove into your freezer for an hour.

Once firm and set you can melt down a block of your fav dark chocolate and drizzle away over the top. Sprinkle with freeze dried raspberries for extra fanciness if you care.
Neil Nathan MD Author of the book Toxic has a great chapter on Autophagy and there was a line that struck my curiosity….

“One clue that autophagy is not working optimally is the development of what are called age spots, sun spots or Liver spots on the limbs, face and chest. As we age, our genetic weakness or environmental conditions cause autophagy to slow considerably and these spots become more prominent.”

Environmental factors such as non native EMF, artificial light environments, pesticides, iron fortification and others are weakening our innate autophagy processes.

Combine that with the commonalities of what creates lipofuscin - iron fortification and poor iron metabolism, artificial blue light, discombobulated omega 3:6 ratio and it’s easy to see the cross over.

Once lipofuscin has formed its very hard to break down, it’s basically a graveyard of cellular oxidised matter that cannot be cleared. A focus on prevention is key.

Sun spots don’t form due to plain old sun exposure, the sun ain’t the devil here, it’s our internal terrain that creates the sun damage.

There’s plenty we can do to rectify that!
Society is currently in a 4th Turning, a period of deep economic, financial, political, and social transformation that occurs approximately every 80 to 100 years.

Historically, these periods dismantle existing institutions and pave the way for a new societal structure. The rapid acceleration of geopolitical conflicts, economic uncertainty, and institutional dysfunction suggest that we are well into the Crisis Period- the tail end of collapse.

Daily now, we’re seeing an accelerated dismantling of the status quo.

The climax to the Crisis is slated for somewhere around 2030 and in the meantime we all have a trial by fire to look forward to and prepare for if not already.

The Fourth Turning impacts all countries however some on a different timeline. In the case of Australia - we are so entwined and invested that what happens to America will impact us also.

The monetary system plays a major role in the flourishing, or alternatively the decay, of society. Hence, it’s likely that we could see a change in the monetary system at the end of this current Fourth Turning.

Economic volatility and debasement in the interim are what each person needs to safeguard against in order to preserve wealth and secure financial stability during rocky times.

This is just a guidepost to hopefully spark your curiosity and instigate your own further research as to what is right for you.

“I’ve often told people — if they expect to see Social Security reformed, global warming solved, and god knows what else you’re talking about on a peaceful sunny day — that big reforms come about during dark and stormy nights. And I’m talking about BIG reforms…reforms that actually commit society to huge new sacrifices.” - Neil Howe Author of The Fourth Turning

Comment PREPARE and I’ll shoot you an excerpt from the book on preparation.
We’ve seen a massive explosion over the past few years of the use of Hydroxyapatite in oral care products.

A massive level of discernment is required by the consumer to decide what is safe for their family to use when it comes to choosing a product with nano or microcrystalline HA.

There is just SO much we still don’t have clarity on due to sheer lack of sufficient in vivo or human studies exploring the impact of daily chronic use.

I am very comfortable with microcrystalline HA, it is the clear winner for safety profile due to its organic, naturally occurring state - usually derived from freeze dried bovine bone or coral.

Nano? Nowhere near as comfy.
Far too many question marks for me.

The window of approval for nHA is SO very narrow. This means the margin for risk where nHA is not from an approved supplier may be quite large.

Be very very wary of using ANY Chinese manufactured nHA, the likelihood of non compliance is very probable which presents risk to the consumer.

How do you figure that out? Well we as consumers need to demand toothpaste companies explicitly state where their nHA has been sourced and provide public COA’s for verified quality and safety.

I hope this info provides more transparency for peeps wrestling with what toothpaste is right for them. It’s confusing, unfairly so.

Obviously this is only my opinion however I know I’m not alone in this opinion and I have discussed this at length previously.

Questions?

Strengthening are all solid examples of clean non nano toothpastes/powder and some of my favourites.

All these brands can be found in the Shop excepting Ora Wellness.
Every time I share our Honest to Goodness Co Op in stories I’m inundated with Q’s on how this all works so best give it a permanent spot and save myself the legwork.

We have some 20+ families up here who join in on a Group Goodness bulk buy up here in Noosa.

Collectively the buying group can access wholesale pricing across the board on the hundreds of products on offer.

All your pantry staples, dry goods, BPA free canned goods, low tox cleaning, superfoods and more are housed on the one platform - pesticide free, organic, Aussie grown options are available on nearly everything.

One person is designated the Admin to oversee the buying group. You can have as few as 2 peeps or more than 50 if you needed.

Registering your group at is the first thing you need to do. Then every member will be set up with their own Shopping Portal and they shop as you would any other e-commerce site.

Collecting and reconciling payments is the Admin’s responsibility, Honest to Goodness takes care of the rest including providing picking sheets for each members order.

We run this roughly every 2 months or as demand needs. No one is obligated to join every order, they can skip an order no worries.

Your Groups order will be delivered on a big arse pallet and you need space for unpacking/ packing. Members help with this process as they can.

It looks like a proper Supermarket every time it lands and I love it.

Hmmmmm… what else 🤔 I think that’s it.

It’s just a really great way to build community which is more important than EVER and access high quality, clean food at the best prices.

Food security is paramount and having a well stocked pantry during rocky times gives me peace of mind.

Q’s drop them below 👇🏻

Hope that helps and inspires you to create your own 🙂
Dr Stephanie Seneff was the pioneer of glyphosate research. It is she and Rachel Carson with her book Silent Spring back in 1962 who sounded the alarm and gave spotlight to the widespread harm caused by Glyphosate—to humans, livestock, pets, and wildlife alike.

Since entering the food supply in 1974, Glyphosate use has surged—especially from the late ‘90s—mirroring a sharp rise in allergies, autism, and chronic illness. A slow kill toxin, its effects accumulate over time, even transgenerational.

Glyphosate’s damage goes far beyond cancer. It:

1. Weakens gut lining and blood-brain barrier, promoting inflammation and allergies.
2. Disrupts gut microbiome by altering the Shikimate pathway, destroying beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria.
3. Depletes sulfur—vital for cell metabolism, detox, cardiovascular healthand vitamin D transport.
4. Reduces skin melanin due to microbial imbalance and thus enhances UV skin damage susceptibility.
5. Impairs liver detox enzymes (CYP450) leading to greater total body burden.
6. Binds and depletes trace minerals leading to chronic depletion.
7. Transports aluminium across gut and brain barriers, distributing it through the body.
8. Disrupts glycine pathways, causing deficiency.
9. Suppresses the immune system.
10. Reduces melatonin production.
11. Causes fatty liver disease in humans and animals.
12. Is linked to cancer, particularly Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
13. Acts as a major endocrine disruptor.
14. Increases autism risk in boys via sulfur depletion, enzyme disruption, and loss of key gut bacteria.
It contaminates your wheat, oats, barley, rye, sugar cane, legumes, lentils, flaxseed, sunflower seed, corn, soy - even your Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid and Infant Formula.

So how do we avoid it and clear it out of our body?

Choose organic. Get naked sun daily. Focus on Sulfur rich foods and Sulfur compounds such as MSM, NAC and Epsom Salt baths. Boost your biome with probiotic rich foods and spore based probiotics. Fulvic Humic Minerals to both remineralize and remove glyphosate. Liver loving herbs such as Dandelion and Burdock to protect liver function and health.

Comment ‘Glyphosate’ for my go-to supps 🌱
We are quite literally swimming in a sea of micro plastics.

Human Amniotic Fluid these days is composed of at least 6 different plastic polymer types. Truly wild and very sad.

‘No significant differences in pregnancy outcomes observed’ the studies say however these aren’t long term studies and they aren’t tracking long term into adulthood the ramifications starting life in a plastic stew.

There are plenty of studies exploring the sheer vastness of the problem on both the environment, animals and humans alike. There is a black hole however when it comes to how to actually get rid of the stuff.

Dr Shanna Swan uncovered the link between Anogenital Distance in males and females being a tool to measure fetal exposure to Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals in utero and subsequent adult infertility. This measure can be extrapolated to microplastics too given that where there are EDC’s there are nearly always plastics.

It’s a pretty cool read if you want to explore it further and you’ll find a raft of studies confirming her own. Cue everyone grabbing a tape measure and plotting their own distance between ass and genitals…….

Anywho - it IS a serious problem. Australia has only one lab that can test for microplastics in water (Eurofins) and we as yet don’t have any of the fingerpick blood microplastic test kits that are now available in the USA.

It’s pretty much a given that we all have microplastic contamination in much the same way as we all have PFAS contamination. It’s just a matter of how much.

Knowledge is power and not cause for total freak out and panic attack ok. Take it on the chin, modify your behaviour where needed and implement a few support strategies for you and your fam ✌🏻
